Abstract

Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic surgery the clinical effect of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Enterolysis with laparoscopic surgery over the same period 89 patients underwent open surgery enterolysis 67 patients in the clinical treatment were compared. Results Of laparoscopic operation time, blood loss, postoperative feeding time, the number of cases of postoperative pain, postoperative complications, hospital stay, recurrence of the number of cases are better than open surgery group, significant difference between the two groups, there was Significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery enterolysis safe and effective compared with traditional open surgery with shorter operative time, patients with damage, incision pain, fewer complications, faster recovery after surgery, the advantages of short hospital stay.
