Industrial cluster and the competitiveness of Chinese timber industry

Industrial cluster is one of the key causes of industrial competitiveness. Firstly, this paper pointed out the interior forming mechanism of industrial cluster through game analysis. Secondly, it theoretically probed into the impacts of industrial cluster on timber industry competitiveness. After that, through measuring current status of regional layout concerning Chinese timber industry, this paper concludes that Chinese timber industry is still at initial stage of industrial cluster. Finally, the research brought forward some countermeasures of improving industrial cluster level of Chinese timber industry from the aspects of enterprises, industry and government.
