Abstract

With the development of Chinese economy and the continuous growth of export to the United States,China has become the country which suffers the most from anti-dumping litigation of the U.S.,and anti-dumping has become one of the substantial obstacles that hinder the healthy development of Sino-US economic and trade relations.U.S.anti-dumping towards China has certain trade diversion effect,particularly in iron and steel industry,which suffer the most anti-dumping proceedings,and some specific products of other industries involved,causing great damage to Chinese exporting enterprises.On one hand,China should maintain good trade relations with the U.S..On the other hand,we should circumvent anti-dumping trade diversion effect to actively search for the export market and achieve export market diversification,and at the same time,fully implement going out strategy and stride across the trade barriers through foreign direct investment(FDI) in the U.S..
