Abstract

The success of Daedeok Innopolis,known as one of the eight major technology parks in the world,is closely related with reasonable planning,rich human resources and integrated operating system of production,teaching and research.The crucial factors are the favorable investment and financing environment and the corresponding investment and financing model.The favorable investment and financing environment includes improved laws and regulations,effective management system and preferential encouraging polices.The corresponding investment and financing model includes the SM enterprises incubator,risk investment,IPO on KOSDAQ,and guidance of government investment.
