Abstract
A specific GC analysis method was established for the rapid quantification of the main products of liquid-phase oxidation of toluene,namely,benzaldehyde,benzyl alcohol and benzoic acid.A GC equipped with a FFAP capillary and a FID detector was adopted.O-nitrotoluene and dimethylphthalate were used as internal standards of benzaldehyde,benzyl alcohol and benzoic acid respectively.The results indicated that the mean recovery rate for spiked samples are 105.39%,101.94%,97.18%,respectively,and the standard deviations are 3.19%,3.71%,1.66%,respectively.
