The Construction of Democratic Politics in Soviet Areas:from the Perspective of Revolutionary Mobilization

During the period of the Agrarian Revolution,the Chinese Communist Party carried out the construction of democratic politics in the soviet areas grandly.In this process,the Provisional Central Government of Chinese Soviet Republic not only designed democratic institutions and procedures for the workers and peasants to share democracy,but also provided sufficient guarantee in the Constitution and other laws for the democratic rights of the mass in the soviet areas,hoping to build a politic new order favorable for revolutionary mobilization.These efforts not only satisfied the requirements for revolutionary mobilization in the brutal environment of war,but also changed the spiritual appearance of the people in the soviet areas,and gradually formed the unique spiritual temperament of the people in soviet areas,that is,people orientation,cleanness,democracy,equity and selfless contribution.
