Abstract

Centralized finance management combines information technology with advanced management idea and method,it is the means and process to improve the integrated management level of finance and operation in large enterprises as well as make enterprise resources effective allocation.Centralized finance management is helpful to lead the overall situation and take account of efficiency for company,it can ensure both the independence of finance at different levels and authenticity as well as accuracy of financial information.It plays important roles in quickening the development of company and promoting the advance of management level.
