Abstract

This paper analyzes the uneven settlement problems of high-rise buildings and podium foundations.The research progress of the foundation settlement calculation and domestic settlement post-pouring band are introduced in detail,and six different theoretical calculative methods are given in detail.Theory analysis and finite element analysis are summarized for the hard rock foundation,the soft rock foundation and the composite foundation.According to the practical projects,experienced formula and some suggestions have been put forward.
