Phytoplankton diversity of Liaodong Bay and relationship with ocean environmental factors

Based on the data of surface phytoplankton investigated in the north waters of Liaodong Bay in 2005,this paper analyzed the composing,distribution,diversity index of surface phytoplankton and the relationship between them and the environment factor.The results indicated that the phytoplankton in the Liaodong Bay centralized in the north sea area,the index of diversity and equality in the north were lower than west and southeast.This indicated that the water、environment and biology community in the north were not steady.The phytoplankton diversity was restricted by environment factor such as water temperature,salinity,COD,biomass,species.
