Abstract
Objectives To evaluate therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen on acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods Treatment programs of hyperbaric oxygenation:Therapeutic pressure was 0.2Mpa,each time of oxygen was 20×3Min,10 times was a period of treatment. Results 164 cases were cured;1 was dead;3 cases abandoned the treatment. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen is the preferred method of treatment for acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Therapeutic efficacy was relative to initial time, length of treatment and the treatment interruption.
