The Clinical Thinking of Selecting Treament for end Stage Renal Disease

End stage renal disease is the end stage of all kinds of chronic renal disease. Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and renal transplantation are the chief renal replacement therapy of end stage renal disease. Each of them has their own advantage and disadvantage.We analysis them in the aspects of therapeutic style, outcome and the expenditure.The results suggest that the therapeutic efficacy of renal transplantation is better than that of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The therapeutic efficacy of hemodialysis is better than that of peritoneal dialysis. Considering the rate of cost to therapeutic efficacy, the renal transplantation is the best renal replacement treatment.
