Abstract
To strengthen the psychological health education is to carry out the Party′s policy under the new situation.It pushes the quality-oriented education in advance and it is the measure to construct socialism harmonious society.This is the urgent needs which we promote the student′s development in all-round way and healthy growing under new situation.At the same time,this would become very import part which can strengthen and improve moral education in higher vocational college.Psychological health education must take scientific theory as the guidance and to seek the development in construction.We have to find the new thinking way and to build new model in practice under the new situation.
