Abstract
The preparation of uniform-sized,monodisperse and biodegradable drug-loaded microspheres has important value of application in the field of the research and development of sustained-and controlled-release injectable microspheres. The principles, applications, influence factors, technical points and remaining problems of SPG membrane emulsification technique, microfluidic technology, electrospray and acoustic excitation atomized technique are reviewed. The above methods have reached certain achievements in preparing uniform-sized and monodisperse microspheres.
