The Core of Modern Library Information Management——Knowledge Management

From the producing background,connotation and management modes of information,this paper discussed the difference and connection between information management and knowledge management,and held that users' information demand can promote the transformation from information management to knowledge management.Furthermore,it also put forward that the knowledge management is an inevitable choice for the existing value of library.
