A Comparative Analysis of Ambulatory Blood Pressure in Hypertension with Different Circadian Rhythms

Objective To investigate the ambulatory blood pressure characteristics of hypertensions with different circadian rhthyms. Methods A statistically comparative study was made. Results Compared with normal blood pressure reference values, the 24 - hour ambulatory blood pressure mean, the day mean, the night mean, the day blood pressure load, the night blood pressure load, the range, and the fall rate of night blood pressure in these patients were significantly abnormal,especially in patients with non-homogeneous hypertension. ConclusionThere was a significant difference between homogeneous hypertension and non-homogeneous hypertension (P 0. 05)
