Abstract
To investigate the relation of CaR and embryo implantation and decidualization,we established rat models of early pregnancy,pseudopregnancy,delayed implantation and artificial decidualization and detected the expression of CaR in rat uterus using immunohistochemistry method.We found that CaR protein was strongly detected in the decidua on day 6 to 9 of pregnancy.A similar expression pattern was also induced in sub-luminal epithelium stroma when the delayed implantation condition was terminated,while there is no distinct signal in sub-luminal epithelium stroma under the delayed implantation condition or on days 6 to 9 of pseudopregnancy.Furthermore,CaR protein was strongly induced in the decidua under artificial decidualization.So we draw a conclusion,CaR is closely related to embryo implantation and decidualization.
