Abstract
This paper presents a data acquisition system consisting of LPC932 SCM (single-chip microcomputer), RS232 serial ports and a computer. It gets data from digital blood-pressure meter. In VB development environment, MSComm control is used to communicate between intelligent instrument and serial communication, then the blood-pressure data is displayed, processed and stored.
