Abstract

The ecological environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir area is the topic of high interest in China.Ecological compensation is the key to protecting ecological environment and sustaining development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.This paper introduce the conception and types of ecological compensation.In the second part,the authors analysed the legal actuality of ecological environmental in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.Finally,the authors pointed out the recommendations to improve legal system in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
