Abstract
Cultivar ‘keqisi’(Festuca arundinacea) was used to investigate the effects of calcium on some physiological characteristics of the leaves grown under saltstress. The result indicated that, addition of Ca2+ increased the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar.Furthermore, addition of Ca2+ reduced the content of MDA and the permeability of cellmembrane, thus relaxes salt stress to Festuca arundinacea 5 g/L Ca(NO3)2 is the best treatment in this experiment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
