Abstract

This paper discusses real meaning of the great sports power through documentation and interviewing some experts.We can understand status quo of sports of our country in sports world.The great sports power means not only sports and Olympic Games,but also many others,namely,physical education,mass sports,sports law,sports equipments,sports talents,funds for sports,people corporeity,sports scientific research and quality of sports media.We must have a clear understanding of true meaning of great sports power,so as to make sports plans appropriately and make better contributions to sports in China.
