The Comparison between the Development of Software Industry in China and India and the Enlightenment

Abstract

By making a brief review of the development of software industry in India,analyzing the successful experience of the rapid development of Indian software industry,it explores the existing problem in the development of software industry in China;and by drawing the successful experience from Indian software industry,it puts forward strategy and measures for revitalizing the software industry in China.
