Reflections upon Constitutionalizing the Right to Health in China

Abstract
As an important right,the right to health has been included in the scope of constitutional protection in most countries.Although the content related to the right to health has been included in the constitution,it is relatively dispersed,which can not meet the needs of constitutionalizing the right to health.Therefore,this article proposes that our right to health should be suited to the condition in the constitution,a clear concept and content of the right to health,and the establishment of the implementation of the unconstitutional censorship to protect the right to health.
