Abstract
The preparation of silica antireflective coatings through sol-gel process is discussed, involving the composition of coating solution and ageing time, and then the optimal condition of the sol for preparation of antireflective coatings is given. The films are characterized with AFM, spectrophotometer and ellipsometer respectively. The experimental results show that there is a relationship between the antireflective effect and the preparation conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
