Contract Management in Railway Construction Project

From the importance and the actuality of the contract management of our railway construction projects,this paper in the first place introduces contract style and category of construction projects.It combines with some problems of our railway construction projects in the actual process,such as the nonstandard operation and the faulty institutions,and then advances some measures for strengthening contract management in the construction stage,form the aspects of the establishment of institution and personnel management,selecting model contracts,the emphasis of contract management in the stage of public bidding and tendering stage,project claim and the post-evaluation of contracts.The aim is to emphasize the key points and difficulties and the importance of contract management,and draw some attention of the people engaged in contract management.
