Research Progress on the Urban Ecological Environment Evaluation

Abstract

Urban ecological environment evaluation is the basis for sustainable development and ecological construction of city. The function of city ecosystem is analyzed, and the conception about urban ecological environment evaluation is discussed.Moreover all index systems and methods for urban ecological environment are studied. At the same time, the existing problems are indicated and the suggestions are put forward. On the basis of the research,the development direction of urban ecosystem in the future is presented.
