Efficacy Analysis of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: With randomized and controlled method,the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer( n = 90) were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group only received chemotherapy,while the treatment group received chemotherapy and Fuzheng Quxie Decoction. The efficacy,quality of life and side effects were evaluated after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 31. 1% and there was no statistical difference compared with control group( P 0. 05). The quality of life score and TCM symptoms were improved and the adverse reaction of chemotherapy was relieved in treatment group compared with control group( P 0. 05). The immune function was improved in treatment group compared with control group. Conclusion: Fuzheng Quxie Decoction had good curative effect on improving the immune function and the quality of life score of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,and it could also relieve the adverse reaction of chemotherapy of patients.
