Abstract
interest is significant in insurance legal affairs and insurance practice. The authors put forward the legislative explanation of the insurance interests in Insurance Law and their opinions to perfect this explanation. Because there is no definite stipulation about the range of insurance interest and the limited definition of insurance interest in life insurance, the authors put forward their countermeasures and solutions.
