Current Situation and Thinking of Students Party Building in Medical College

There are some problems in medical college students party building,like students' low quality,purpose is not clear to join the party,motivation to learn is not strong,lack of party's theoretical knowledge,less formal party members,party cell committee working cycle is short,form of action is unitary,lack of activity vector.In order to develop party building scientifically,we should display party branch's fight fortress function,set up the administration mode of college-hospital party organization linkage,build up the training mechanism,enrich students' party activities vector,strict selection criteria and procedures for members.
