Abstract

The operation status of equipments in coarse coal slime separation system in Quandian Coal Preparation Plant is analyzed and studied in detail,which contains primary slime classifying hydrocyclones,teetered bed separators(TBS),arch sieves,high frequency sieves,clean coal slime dewatering centrifuges and so on.Main problems existing in the system are pointed out and some reasonable suggestions are provided,so as to increase the yield of the clean coal and raise the economic benefits of the plant.
