Abstract
Objective To explore an appropriate anesthesia for the rabbits in experimental vascular surgery.MethodsNinety-six rabbits were divided into 6 groups randomly and recorded as A,B,C,D,E and F group. The animals in A group were anesthetized by ketamine. The animals in B group were anesthetized by intravenous injection of pentobarbital sodium. The animals in C group were anesthetized by intravenous injection of ethylurethanm.Diazepam and ketamine were used in D group. The animals in E group were anesthetized by diazepam and pentobarbital sodium.Diazepam and ethylurethanm were used in F group. The onset time of anesthesia, anesthetic dosage, animal's temperature, breathing frequency and anesthetic death rate were recorded.ResultsThe combined anesthesia of diazepam and ethylurethanm sustained no less than 240 minutes, and satisfied the rabbits experimental vascular surgery. The combined anesthesia of diazepam and ethylurethanm had the advantage of quick onset, longer anesthetic time, low anesthetic accident rate and excellent anesthetic effect.ConclusionThe combined anesthesia of diazepam and ethylurethanm is an excellent anesthesia for the rabbits experimental vascular surgery.
