Abstract
This paper focuses on a perishable product that is characterized by the uncertain demand and two selling periods. The decision behaviors of agents on supply chain is modeled by using stochastic dynamic programming, according to demand setting with sales effort effects. How to coordinate the supply chain and maximize its performance among agents on supply chain is discussed by using a revenue and effect sharing contract.
