Abstract
The PIPA(polyisocyanate polyaddition) polyol was used on foam,the testing results showed that the density,the resilience coefficient,the indentation force deflection of foam are affected distinctly by the addition of PIPA polyol.Under the same formulation,the foam added with PIPA polyol has the better mechanical performance that that without PIPA polyol.Relative to the foam added with POP polyol,the foam added with high solid content PIPA polyol has the better mechanical performance on the resilience coefficient,the indentation force deflection,tensile strength,tear strength,etc.
