Abstract
It has been studied that in H 3BO 3-KCl-Na 2CO 3 trace Cd(Ⅱ) can sensitively catalyze the new indicative reaction of (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 oxidizing discoloration of the pyrogallol red.The kinetic optimum conditioins and mechanism of the reaction were investigated in detail and a new method for the determination of trace cadmium was proposed. The detection limit is 6.9×10 -6 mg/mL and the linear range of determination is 0.0-10.0 μg/25 mL.It has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace Cd(Ⅱ) in the waste water.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
