Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the immobilized microorganism method treating dye printing wastewater. [Method] By domesticating the collected aerobic activated sludge, dominant strain was cultivated and immobilized to treat the simulated dye printing wastewater. [Result] COD removal rate of wastewater by the immobilized microorganism method was 7% higher than that by general microbial method, and fading rate was 10% higher. Under the conditions of 25 ℃ temperature,p H 6- 8,12 h of HRT and 200 mg / L of influent concentration,COD removal rate of the simulated wastewater could reach 86%,and fading rate was 97%. [Conclusion]The immobilized microorganism method was more stable than general microbial method, and its treating effect on wastewater was better.
