Abstract

Han Shi Wai Zhuan(韩诗外传) is among the important works in early Han dynasty which contains lots of historical materials of early Qin dynasty as well as novels. Because of the confusion rising from the mixture of fictions with historical facts in these novels, this paper tries to identify the fictional materials from the facts. Moreover, the fictional novels are divided into three categories:fantasticalities,unofficial historical works,and imitations.
