The Study on Risk Early-Warning of Enterprise Human Resource Based on Rough Neural Network

Abstract

Through the rough set,the redundancy indexes could be reduced,and a set of early-warning index system for the risk of enterprise human resource could be constructed,which makes the early warning for the risk of enterprise human resource by the combination of rough set and RPF neural network.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by the examples.
