Abstract
Azadirachtin mixing with neem oil possessed synergism.CTC were 150 17 and 226 87 when the 3 rd larvae of Spodoptera litura were treated with azadirachtin+neem seed petroleum ether extract or neem oil 1∶10(m/m)for 72 h.Neem oil could protect azadirachtin.The protection effects of neem oil(MeOH∶neem oil=9∶1,v/v)on azadirachtinA and azadirachtinB stored at 54 ℃ for 7 d were 56 96% and 50 86%,and were 26 72% and 38 42% for 14 d.
