In the sphere of conflict of laws in employment contracts,the party autonomy principle is a kind of freedom provided by the law to the parties to choose the applicable law for the employment contract.At the same time,for several reasons,the law imposes restrictions on this kind of freedom from various aspects such as space,time and content etc.These restrictions outlined the outer limits and scope for the party autonomy principle.The applicable law of the employment contract is only valid when chosen by the parties within the scope of party autonomy.
