System Reflection on Double Effect of Management Synergy

Abstract

The paper explains the meaning of double effect of management synergy and investigates the rationality and deficiency of the explanation of the double effect of management synergy by system theory,and then puts forward that the strong interrelation of interaction,which is produced by matching or complementation between key elements,is the essence of synergy double effect,establishes the key stone for implementation of management synergy.
