Abstract

Chronic hepatitis B(HBV) antiviral therapy is the most popular topic.Great progress had been made,but the best antiviral drugs have not been found.Present the clinical application of antiviral drugs actually inhibit viral replication.The current situation,representatives of various pharmacological effects of drugs,treatment,efficacy,are summarize.
