Abstract

The factors that affects the efficiency of semiconductor refrigeration are discussed on the basis of experimental investigation by imitating the refrigeration environment in a small space(1 m~3). The experiment result shows that the structure of radiators at both sides of thermopiles is a very important factor to affect the refrigeration efficiency. The refrigeration efficiency also has close relation to the voltage and current of the thermopile. The experimental result can to some extent be a guidance for further development of semiconductor refrigeration .and its application in the practical air-condition system.
