The Practical Significance of Adult Education in Human Resource Development in Enterprises

Abstract

The practical significance of adult education in the contemporary society is often generalized.The concept of adult education is treated as merely the continuing education for adults.The modern society is moving toward a learning society.In the learning society,adult education is of great significance in the human resource development in the contemporary enterprises.By analyzing the current situation of the human resource development in Chinese enterprises,this paper is expected to reveal the practical significance of adult education and put forward constructive proposals with the purpose of improving the efficiency of human resource development.
