Abstract
An innovative control tracking method which combined the time tracking with the photovoltaic tracking method was presented based on MCU and an all-weather control system for sunlight tracking was studied. The system includes the switching control,time control,and photovoltaic control module. The generating capacity of the Solar Energy Photovoltaic Cell arrays is associated with the incident angle of the sunlight. The power generation efficiency would be the highest when rays are perpendicular to the planes of photovoltaic arrays. Adapting automatic tracking techniques could always make solar panels perpendicular to sunlight. So the generating capacity of photovoltaic cell arrays has been increased greatly. The dual axis tracking system has many advantages,such as a simple structure,lowenergy consumption,high accuracy. Bracket stringer is designed with Zstructure to ensure operating freely,and to achieve power saving for pitch tracking.
