Abstract

Gear easy takes place crack in transmission system,a three dimensional model of gear was achieved by using Pro/E software;the finite element analysis and optimum design were carried though by using ANSYS software, its three dimensional stress diagram is achieved, the optimal dimensions have been obtained,by the optimal dimensions, designer will design better gear that is prolonged.
