Technical improvement and operation analysis of ZGM133G pulverizers for 1000 MW power units

Abstract

Xuzhou Pengcheng Power Plant Ⅲ project is equipped with 6 pulverizers(ZGM133G medium-speed disc-type).The paper introduces main technical characteristics of the ZGM133G medium-speed pulverizers,and analyses operation characteristics concerning body structure,automatic setting variable loading system technology,vibration,roller load force,wind-coal ratio and dynamic separator speed.The corresponding solutions for problems in commissioning are put forward.
