On Thoughts of Quickening the Process of Urbanization

The nature of urbanization is not only the urbanization of population, but the urbanization of economy. To step the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics can learn lessons from advanced countries, but can't copy the foreign patterns. So, on one hand, we should insist the coherent development of big-middle cities and small towns; on the other hand, we should quicken the construction of circles of cities and steps of managing cities. Of course, we should plan the development of towns and counties as a whole and step the road of double wins of them.
