Abstract
The mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone is produced by poor oxygen air oxidation of cyclohexane without catalyst in the cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone plant.In order to reduce the consumption and enhance the production of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone,the heat exchanger E215 is added at the back of peroxide removing reaction K201.The results of production run show that the conversion of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone enhanced after using E215.Controlling the outlet temperature in(95±0.5) ℃,the conversion is higher,the consumption and the tar yield is low,the economic benefit is good.
