Abstract
Objective:To appraise Chinese medical literature concerning treatments of deep caries of deciduous teeth and provide a correct guidance for deep caries of deciduous teeth therapy.Methods:Retrieve publish the relevant document on domestic periodical in last 20 years were collected and analyze based on evidence-based medicin(EBM).Results:A level has 9 documents;B level has 22 documents;Others 96 is to do not have radom compare and do not have the C level document comparing with clinical experiment.Coronal pulp tissue of 88.2% of deciduous teeth with deep caries showed inflammation.Conclusion:Pulp treatmant should be taken in the deep caries of deciduous teeth,considering that the inflammation changes in dental pulp is unfit for to insure pulp treatment.
