Application of Ploycarbonate Crown in Repairing the Residual Root and Crown of Anterior Teeth of Old People

Objective To explore the efficiency of ploycarbonate crown in repairing the residual root and crown of anterior teeth of old people.Method 102 residual root and crown of anterior teeth of 89 cases of old people were repaired with 3M ploycarbonate crown,and had been followed up for 2 years.Results Nine repaired teeth failed and the failure rate was 8.82%.Four of them appeared marginal gingivitis and three repaired teeth fractured,the other two repaired teeth coloured.The total cured rate was 91.18%.Conclusions 3M ploycarbonate is a better repairing material for residual root and crown of anterior teeth of old people.
