The apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells refers to an initiative cell death process that is controlled by a series of genes.It exists in cardiovascular system of many physiological and pathological changes process,and it is the important cytology foundation which causes many kinds of cardiovascular diseases.From the biological characteristics of myocardial cell apoptosis,This paper summarizes the research satuation of the myocardial cell apoptosis,the influence of exercise training on myocardial cell apoptosis and its mechanisms,meanwhile it forecasts the prospect of myocardial cell apoptosis in sports science.
